I'm looking forward to this one coming out on DVD. FFI release their discs with subtitles in English and Swedish as standard.
I'm glad to hear it's good - do the Red Army uniforms look OK?

I've seen it on ebay, but only from China ('This is a genuine copy of the film and not a knock off'...yeah, right  ). I have a friend in Finland who's going to bring one over for Detling. Other than that, you could try http://www.suomikauppa.fi who are selling it for Eu34.90 plus P+P.

Until I get my hands on that one, I managed to get a back-copy of 'Talvisota - the Winter War' by Pekka Parikka on DVD. I rememebr this fantastic film being shown on Polish TV some years ago, but its time to see it again...

Hope you like it, GB.
Franz, you missed Ambush, which isn't bad up until the last 10 minutes when the heroes seem to slaughter the entire Red Army. Otherwise good.

They might ship to USA, however to see it you would have to order a DVD player from them too, as its 'Region2' DVD (clearly stated on their page) - i.e. to playable in European DVD players only...
