German Charities
Are there any charities for german veterans out there? Or is it a bit of a sore subject?

The next time you see one, buy him lunch or a drink...that's what you do.

I was told by the owner of Tomahawk records , which reproduce a lot of original 3rd Reich music , that money from several of the CDs ( SS bugle calls , SS songs sung by veterans are two I recall ) went , not surprisingly , to SS veteran charitys .

Re: German Charities
Does anyone know the names of these societies?
I think we as reenactors should participate. It would be fairly simple and would also shine a bit of a better light on us. If they set up a stand somewhere at shows and every reenactor gave a minimum of 1 quid to the type of troop they reenact so SS would donate to SS, wehrmacht to wehrmacht, US to US vets etc...

Yh would love the names, I have done deep searches but with no luck! I want to donate half of what I earn from my photography (https://www.facebook.com/PHOTO3945) to a german charity and the other half to the poppy appeal.
