Hello,
I bought these recently and I'd like some professional opinion.
To me they look as if they had never been worn, but they are not "siblings".
What do you think?

If these are the same size it is legit for me that these have been together for a long time. These are 100% original, nice find!
CDB taking it way too serious!

Servus Messervy,
Looks like you have found a very nice ,though miss-matched, pair of minty, unissued GJ mountain boots!! Good find.
As a collector and re-enactor myself, I would suggest to you to put these boots away in your collection. It is very hard to find minty, unissued boots and these will increase in value then become an nice investment for you. Currently, unissued GJ mountain boots can go for 500-600 Euros.
Or you can wear them for reenacting...the boots will loose their unissued quality and value...and you will loose a nice investment.
Just a suggestion from someone who has been at this hobby for over 30 years...take it or leave it as you wish.

I second Papas idea I used my Minty set at two events and now I do wish that I had not done so
Re: Gebirgsjaeger boots
Thank you all for your advice.
It will be a great temptation but I'll do as you say and put them away.
