Hi, I am aware that the German forces of WWII could perform frontline weddings where the groom would take part in a simple ceremony with his unit which included signing a document and his bride would do something similair back in Germany and hey presto they are married. Has anyone got any photo's or details on this procedure. I have seen some feature in some FJ books years ago but I no longer have them. Anyone know more????
Thanks.

acually when you think about it, its a sensible thing to do, if you want to make sure your partner is looked after once the russians have dealt with you.
