Joy Division

Has anyone seen the Film "Joy Division" (Not about the great group from the late 1970's) made in 2006/07. I found a clip on Youtube and it appears to be about a German orphan who ends up working for the KGB but has flashbacks to the Battle of Berlin. Wondered if anyone thinks that its worth buying.
