Best Grenades?

Post by GR916/15/14 »

Hallo,

Probably been covered before...

Who makes the best Stick and Egg grenades? I remember a thread, no one makes good egg grenades, still the same? Who makes good M24 and M43 Stick greandes? Must be in the U.K!

All the best,

I have had a couple of stick grenades from WWA over the years and have been very happy with them although ive never seen or handled an original to compare.

The more recent ones ive had have lighter green paintwork.

Zib Militaria do some good metal repros. Egg and stick grenades and even though coming from the Fatherland they don't take long at all :)

I got 2 wooden egg grenades from them and they are very good. However, you'll have to do your own paint job on them (ie different colour fuses or outer cases), as they only come in plain green.
It's not real... it's called re-enacting!

Whatever you do avoid RELICS at all costs.

I have i believe an early ZIB stick grenade-the type with the removeable frag head and while ok they arent a patch on the WWA ones

When Ebay allowed grenades to be advertised/sold these quite often were being sold(mistakenly? )as originals and fetched £80-£100++
