Wenn man den nachfolgenden Link liest, kann man nur den Kopf schueteln und abscheu empfinden. Leider sind meine englischkentnise nicht so gut das ich es uebersetzen kann, um den Beitrag im englischen Bereichs des Forums einzustellen

Well - during those days, we were nothing else than 'just' Krauts... I thank god that this fact changed over the last 65 years.
But we still have to carry the burden of our history. I honestly hope that people practicing our hobby always keep in mind what happened and understand when we as German reenactors (acting as German soldiers) are a bit more critical when it comes to over ephasizing heroism and "Elite" behaviour...
Anyway - it's good to see that topics like the one you posted are addressed in the meantime!
