Just to let others know that I have received an e mail from e bay telling me that my money will be refunded. Hope you all had the same result

My money was fully refunded on 24th May, so by the time I got home after the weekend it was already back on my credit card. I hope everyone else faired ok too.

Panzerhun, check your PayPal account transaction history because when I logged in my claim looked like it had disappeared. But when I looked at the history of transactions the refund to my account, currency conversion and refund straight to my credit card was all there. But I couldn't find my actual claim anymore. I guess because the claim was successful and deemed to have been resolved, it was no longer visable when I first logged in.

After that I checked my e-mails and the confimation from PayPal was there to advise me they had decided in my favour and had refunded the amount in full.

Credit card claims work that way, and you will see on your credit card bill a refund from the paypay source with the name of who you originally sent payment to.

I just got word from paypal that they will be refunding the money. Thanks to everyone who has helped in anyway, and kept me updated.
