Calling Paul Carrick

Does anyone know/live close to Paul Carrick who was a member of 2 Kompanie Panzergrenadiers for a short space of time?

If so can encourage him to return the property he had nearly 3 years ago and has not returned despite numerous requests? Hopefully this will avoid me reporting the theft of the items to the police.

and the owner is well within his rights to report it
