Re: Photos of the first ten years 1978-1988
Message from Tony Dudman; the photos most recently posted by Bill Medland were taken at the Bicester battle site in March 1988.
Photo 1 (in the pub) L-R Kevin Brazier, Tony Dudman, Keith Major.
In the other pub photo; L-R, Graham "Otto" Lancaster, Bill Medland, Bob Whittaker.
2nd photo in section 3; L-R, Danny Sharp seated, Julian Money standing and Bill Medland.
Last photo; patrol led by Andy Barter.
All the reversible jackets and trousers were original as repro was not yet available.
Bob Whittaker now lives in Southern France, Kevin Brazier runs a Wargaming club, Julian Money has also "retired" from re-enactment.
Tony Dudman and Keith Major are still both active members of GR 916 of the WW2 LHA (formerly WW2 BRA), Graham Lancaster now re-enacts with FG 39-45, and lastly Danny Sharp and Andy Barter are still re-enacting as Fallschirmjaeger independently.

BRA 1988 (4)
Thanks for your input Dave (and Tony of course), yes it was Bicester as it was the first ever BRA local event for me, normally
I would travel accross the country for an event, but this time I was stationed local with the Royal Air Force.
My motorcycle was only firing on one cylinder and would overheat once it travelled over 20 miles distance
