Film "The Bridge"

Terrible remake of "Die Brücke" (1959), with none of the emotion or suspense of the low-budget original. Very good young actors involved, but the US infantry look (and fight) like ageing reenactors, all armed with Thompsons. A wasted opportunity. (If anybody on here likes it, I'd be very surprised indeed.)

I liked the forward rolls performed by the GI's and the shooting from the hip technique, lol!
