Nice set up - must be fun digging out a trench system through all them tree roots - but looks damn good. 8)

You guys have an amazing unit impression and you've obviously done a lot of work perfecting it. The photos are time capsules into another world. Keep up the great job!

Hallo all

Thank you for the kind comments thus far. We do what we do in the hope that people will enjoy our attempts at portraying as highly detailed a level of authenticity as possible. The results are the fruits of a group of exceptionally knowledgeable, dedicated guys, who all possess the attitude we strive for.

I am champing at the bit for our Webmeister to do his stuff!

Thanks again.

Hallo

Please feel free to take a look at our efforts at portraying the Panzer Fusilier Regiment Großdeutschland at Schaulen in 1944. You will find the pics in the "Living History Gallery", 2009. We hope you enjoy.

Yet again - amongst the very best of Living History - I particularly LOVE the look of the Visiting Staff Officer - The first two struck me as completely period.

Well done PzFsGD.

Hallo

Just a note to say the unit endured some wintry conditions last weekend at the Koenigsberg tactical event at Ashby. Hopefully some further insight into the conditions that the Landser contended with. Although unable to attend myself, mein Leutnant informs me that of the Fuesilieren present, they conducted themselves with their expected high authenticity, discipline and professionalism. Our new recruit from Germany fitted like a hand in glove, so tremendous credit goes to Heerwagen for his not inconsiderable efforts. Thank you.

Also, would just like to say that it was nice to work with the men of GD Recon for the first time.

Our next event will be the Bunker Bash, hope to see you there.

Should you be interested in undertaking the portrayal of a Fuesilier to what is widely viewed as amongst the highest standards within living history, contact us via our website/forum.

Thank you.

Yet another outstanding and well contexted set of images - This is not posing this is story telling and information. PFRGD continue to set the bar. Impressed is the only word that comes to mind when I view your website and indeed your historical recreations.
