Over the past couple of months, the WW2 LHA has been undergoing a much needed face lift.

As you may have noticed our logo has recently been refreshed and yesterday our new website went live. The site aims to showcase our association and features more information on the LHA, what we do, our history, the units within our ranks and of course plenty of pictures of us in action.

Please feel free to take a look at: www.ww2lha.co.uk

The LHA are also on the lookout for quality groups to join our association. If you see yourself and your unit standing alongside us at some of the most established and respected shows on the UK re-enactment circuit (as well as some promising newer events in the UK and overseas) then please drop us a line to find out more at: lha@ww2lha.co.uk

Thanks

Nice to see Dave.
Some interesting changes on there. Good to see another organisation finally offering online renewal/joining and payment in this electronic age. Well done.

Interested in your "temporary membership" scheme. No details on website - Could someone expand on this?

Thanks for the feedback.

The online payment system is something we've looked at on and off for 3 or 4 years, but we only recently found a system that we were satisfied offered an acceptable level of data security.

Temporary membership is to allow people to try the hobby out without having to commit to parting with cash, only to find it's not for them. Also allows people who are only able to attend 1 event a year take part. It's event specific.

Cool - That's a good idea - Tasters and insurance included. Commendable Dave.

The WWIILHA seems to have made several improvements of late.
