Your smock is off the incorrect Sturm print. You might want to replace that?
Is there precedence for FG to be wearing smocks? Not exactly front line combat troops? I really don't know, that's why I ask.
You could make an effort with the specs, there isn't a good excuse these days for modern frames and lenses. They totally ruin any effect you might have achieved.

Not a terrible first attempt but I would definitely recommend losing the splinter, getting correct glasses, and shaving off the beard.

I have to agree with the glasses, you can buy a pair of Dienstbrille for €20 and have the lenses replaced. They are the correct glasses and easy to find.
