Hi, Members of Panzer Fusilier Regiment Grossdeutschland attended the English Heritage event 'History Live' at Kelmarsh Hall by invitation from our Kameraden in the Grossdeutschland Aufklarung group. Great event and we even managed to get time to get some photo's done. Thank you to our photographer Martin Pike.

Superb set of pics Paul. What was Kelmarsh like? Was thinking of taking the kids down next year.

Ok, its a bit pricey to get in but if you are a fan of History then you will love it. Everything from Romans and Gladiators to WWII. Many great displays and arena events (I got to see Roman military manouveres and weapon display and the battle of Hastings with about 200 a side). Its well worth it for a great day out. As a reenactor its good as you have mops who are interested in history and ask knowledgable questions and with over 1000 different reenactors the beer tent is just weird.
