I do have a coupe of sets of original Sonderfuhrer insignia. However the ones on this uniform are not. The collar tabs were made my Cyrus Lee, they were originally made incorrectly on green backing so I carefully cut off the silver braid, removed the green felt and replaced it with the correct blue then re-attached the braid. The shoulder boards were converted by me stitching the chevrons onto normal leutnants ones (never again!).

I was just wondered to see that somebody is interested in a rare topic.

Prima Mark and David! The expected standard from two diligent Living Historians. And well done Mark on the SonderFuhrer uniform. I too had much difficulty with my Beamten uniforms but eventually made a good effort I feel and enjoy wearing something "different but relevant" in the field.

I may exercise one of the Beamte uniforms at RGM next weekend.... I wonder how many will get it right or even notice.

I am also looking for Sonderfuehrer collar tabs and shoulder boards, where could I get them?
