To show comparison between two tunics please see below.

As you can see the two tunics are different (the style etc) The one on the left is one of Underwoods polish tunics that has been altered extensivly. The tunic was used in Outpost and is named to one of the characters. It has been tailored at the bottom just as they would have done back then. The wool is also alot darker and also 'rough' in finish.

The one from Chris is next to it. This has come straight out of the box (apart from the belt hooks) and has had no alterations what so ever. Yes there is a different in material and colour but not every tunic would have looked the same and you can see the differences on original examples. At the end of the day the Underwood is a high and reproduction and you can tell, I'm not sure where Chris get's his from but for the price they are good value.

Ah right, thanks for letting me know.

Anyway what I was getting at was how I like the way Chris's tunic also sits nicely and is of a good length.

Depends what your after and wether or not you supply the helmet to be sprayed or want me to supply you with one. Also depending on the size your after means you have more choice in shells. M35, M40 and M42 are available but sizes are limited on the M40 and M42's.

Mid to late war hlemets can be textured using Aluminium Oxide as per originals and then depending on customers requirements wethered or given a camo overspray. Half or full baskets can also be added.

Decals are the dry transfer type and much better quailty than the water transfer type. Type 1 and 2 SS decals available.

Will post up pics of an SS M42 and a very nice FJ helmet I am about to finish soon.

Anyone interested should PM me with an idea of what they would like to see about pricing.

A cople more pics added. Also below is a pic comparing a Polish made tunic (left) Sturm tunic(middle) and one of our new tunics(right) All three are different shades of field grey which isn't a problem. The Polish made tunic is a very fine wool for an early M36. The other 2 are the same. All 3 tend to be about the same thickness. I wouldn't say any of them are thin material. All cut in at the waist.

The Polish sleeves are slightly too long, the Sturm sleeves are the same length as the hem and the new ones the sleeve is slightly shorter. All three are a 42" regular. I will get some pics of me wearing them so you can see how the actually fit. The new ones are proably the most fitted of the 3 but possibly not as comfy as the Sturm for running around in. For that I would be tempted to go a size up with shorter sleeves. The new tunics also gives the buyer the option of short, regular or long sleeve length. So far all those supplied have been regular and have all fit fine.
