Reading all the posts about legality, I would tend to think the posters are probably correct. In its current form, it will probably be convertable under UK law.
I doubt the maker will bother with a lot of extra work to make them for the UK market, when they have the world at their feet wanting to buy them.
But then again if it was UK legal, what a great BF it would be, and at a good price as well.
