Краткая информация:
Место проведения - г. Севастополь, Сапун-гора, территория музея «Героической обороны и освобождения Севастополя» .
О мероприятии: Сценарий заключается в реконструкции эпизода боя проходящего во время штурма Сапун-горы 7 мая 1944 года.
Советская сторона представлена двумя стрелковыми взводами, штурмовым инженерно-саперным взводом, взводом морской пехоты, пулеметным взводом, артиллерийской батареей.
Немецкая сторона представлена тактической группой, основу которой составляет боевая группа «Днепр», с приданными ей вспомогательными подразделениями.
Мероприятие проводится на без оплатной основе.
Организаторы мероприятия: музей «Героической обороны и освобождения Севастополя», дир. Рудометов Александр Александрович;
ВИК «Вторая Мировая война», рук. Будковой Андрей;
МОО «Красная Звезда», рук. Таранец Владислав.
Условия участия: Заявка подается руководителем ВИГ до 20 апреля 2008г. на установленном бланке заявки (смотри приложение ниже). Для советской стороны – к-ну Таранцу (taranets-fuji@yandex.ru) Для немецкой стороны – оберл-ту М. Витмайеру (mlp@public.ua.net).
В связи с ограниченными возможностями приема всех желающих, на мероприятие вводится лимит участников. На советскую сторону 150 чел. На немецкую сторону – 100 чел. Просьба всем командирам подразделений ввести необходимый лимит также внутри своих подразделений. Участвуют в мероприятии только члены ВИК чье участие подтверждено заявкой. Более ранние поданные заявки имеют больше шансов к участию в мероприятии.
Требования: Форма одежды:
а. для советской стороны - 1943-й год, допускается наличие трофейных предметов снаряжения;
б. для немецкой стороны – 1943-й год.
Лица с неуставной прической, а так же с грубыми нарушениями формы одежды на мероприятие допускаться не будут.
Каждый участник должен при себе иметь документ, удостоверяющий личность (только паспорт!!!!).
Прибытие – Всем участникам необходимо прибыть до 12.00 3-го мая. Группы, прибывшие из других городов, доставляются с вокзала на место проведения мероприятия и обратно.
Расположение – В отдельных, для каждой из сторон, палаточных лагерях. В лагере действует устав внутренней службы. За порядок и несение службы отвечают коменданты лагерей. Участникам, прибывшим на мероприятие на личном автотранспорте, напоминаем что автомобили на территории лагерей находится не будут, если только это не транспортное средство периода 2МВ
Питание - При себе необходимо иметь сухпай. На территории лагеря будет находится полевая кухня для централизованного приготовления пищи. Командирам подразделений необходимо организовать сбор средств для общей закупки необходимого продовольствия.
План на мероприятие:
3 мая – сбор, размещение и приведение себя в порядок всех участников до 12.00.
11.00-12.00 Собрание командиров подразделений.
13.00-16.00 Строевой смотр. Репетиция.
16.00-18.00 Для желающих посетить панораму «Оборона Севастополя», будет организована экскурсия.
18.00 Ужин, личное время.
4 мая – 7.00 Подъем, Завтрак.
9.00 Инструктаж по мерам безопасности. Получение оружия (оружие будет выдаваться только при наличии паспорта и только тем кому исполнилось 18 лет) и боеприпасов (из расчета 20 шт. на стрелка, 250 шт. на станковый пулемет, 100 шт. на ручной пулемет. Исходя из задач отдельных бойцов количество патронов может меняться). Чистка оружия.
12.00 Реконструкция.
13.00-17.00 Сдача оружия. Обед. Уборка территории. Отъезд.
Запрещено:
употреблять спиртные напитки. Лица в состоянии алкогольного опьянения к участию в мероприятии не допускаются;
во время мероприятия пользоваться фотоаппаратами, кроме заранее заявленных и согласованных с организаторами фотокорреспондентов;
давать интервью СМИ без согласования с организаторами;
нарушать правила поведения во время мероприятия, а так же не соблюдать меры безопасности.
применение не аутентичных предметов быта в исторических лагерях (полиэтиленовые пакеты, пластиковые и пр. бутылки, термосы и т.д.).
Категорически запрещено передавать оружие посторонним лицам.
К нарушителям будут применятся самые суровые меры, в плоть до исключения из движения военно-исторической реконструкции периода 2МВ.
Обращение к военно-историческим клубам (группам) Севастополя. Убедительно просим Вас организовать помощь ВИК «Вторая Мировая война» в подготовке площадки для проведения реконструкции.

About a measure: A scenario consists in the reconstruction of episode of fight of passing during assault of Sapun-mountain
on May, 7, 1944. A soviet side is presented by two rifle platoons, assault field engineering-engineer platoon, platoon
of marines, machine gun platoon, artillery battery. The German side is presented by a tactical group the basis of which
is made by the battle group «Dnepr», with given her auxiliary subdivisions.
A measure is conducted on without payment to the
basis.
Organizers of measure: museum of the «Heroic defensive and liberation of Sevastopol», dir. Rudometov Alexander ;

Terms of participation: A request is given by the leader Reenactment Group to the April, 20 2008г. on the set form of request (look the

In connection with the limited possibilities of reception of all persons interested, on a measure the limit of participants
is entered. On a soviet side there are 150 brows. On the German side – 100 brows. Request to all commanders of subdivisions to enter a necessary limit also into the subdivisions. Only the members Re. Group participate
in a measure whose participation is confirmed by a request. More early given requests have more of chances to participation
in a measure.
Requirements: Form of clothes:
and. for a soviet side - 1943th year, the presence of the captured articles of equipment is
assumed;
b. for the German side – 1943th year.
Persons with a no the regulation hair-do, and similarly with gross violations of form of clothes on a measure assumed
will not be.
Every participant must at itself have a document certifying personality (only passport!!!!).
Arrival – All participants must arrive on to 3th May, 12.00. Groups arriving from other cities, are delivered from the
station to the place of conducting of measure and back.
Location – In separate, for each of sides, tent camps. Regulation of internal service operates in a camp. For an order and
execution of service the commandants of camps are responsible. To the participants arriving on a measure on the personal
motor transport we remind that cars on territory of camps is found will not be, if only this no transport vehicle of the period 2MV
Feed - At itself it is necessary to have suhpay. On territory of camp will be the field kitchen for the centralized preparation
of food is found. The commanders of subdivisions must organize collection of facilities for the general purchase of necessary
food.
Plan on a measure:
on May, 3 – collection, placing and adduction of itself in the order of all participants
to 12.00.
11.00-12.00 Collection of commanders of subdivisions.
13.00-16.00 Combatant . Rehearsal.
16.00-18.00 For persons interested to visit a panorama the «Defensive of Sevastopol», an excursion
will be organized.
18.00 Supper, personal time.

9.00 Instructing on safety measures. Receipt of weapon (a weapon will be given out only at presence of passport and only
that to the lump was 18 years) and live ammunitions (from computation there is 20 sht. on a shooter, 250 sht. on a heavy
machine-gun, 100 sht. on an autorifle. Coming from the tasks of separate fighters the quantity of cartridges can change). Cleaning
of weapon.
12.00 Reconstruction.
13.00-17.00 Handing over of weapon. Dinner. Cleaning up of territory.
Departure.
It Is Forbidden:
to use strong waters. Persons in a state of alcoholic intoxication to participation in a measure out;
during a measure to use cameras, except for the beforehand declared and concerted with organizers press-photographers;
to give the interview of MASS-MEDIA without the concordance
with organizers;
to break rules of conduct during a measure, and similarly not to keep within limits of safety.

Categorically it is forbidden to pass a weapon to the strange
