Also any info on how crews operated the radios would also be appreciated. I'm a tanker in the US Army, so with my headset I'm able to talk to my crew, and am also able to key out and talk to other vehicles as well. I'm tracking most tanks had radio operators back then, so I'm just wondering if the Tank commander was able to key out from his station in order to talk to other vehicles or did the radio operator do all of that? Thanks.
