GOLD COAST MILITARY MUSEUM

The Gold Coast Military Museum will have it's first public display day on Sunday the 14th of August this year at 11.00am to 2.00pm, and will be open to the general public. Entry will be free.

This public display day will coincide with the 66th Anniversay of the Victory in the Pacific.

At present, it is envisaged to open the Museum on the first Sunday of each second month from 11.00am to 2.00pm.

The Museum has been built with hard work from the members of the Queensland Naval Brigade Historical Association, Southport Volunteer Company Inc. with great assistance and sponsorship from many South East Queensland Companies, whose names will appear on an Honour Board inside the Hall.

The Museum is located in building 14, (Queensland Naval Brigade Drill Hall), Owen Park, 201 Queen Street, Southport.

Plenty of parking available.
