Operation Spark, St. Petersberg, Russia 23rd January 2011

Post by Reich Crispies »

Yes, its also a European event, but this is to inform the UK contingent:

The countdown for the 2011 trip to Russia has begun. Anyone who has attended before can tell you that it was a blinder of an event with serious pyros, armour and artillery and a fantastic party in the snow afterwards. Don't miss this year, with extra armour, air support and even more special effects! It's going to be memorable.

20th Thursday: Fly out to Helsinki in Finland. Meet at the ferry terminal where we spend the night travelling to St.Petersberg
21st Friday: Morning sightseeing travel to the hotel and sightseeing
22nd Saturday: Battlefield/museum tours or sightseeing
23rd Sunday Re-enactment on actual German siege lines at Nikolskoe township. If you haven't been to this event before, take my word for it, this is a serious public battle. Think of the Western Front one at Detling, only with better pyros, more armour, more special effects and this year with air support!
Following the battle, we Return to Helsinki via ferry in time for flight back to wherever on Monday.

Cost: excluding your flight to/from Helsinki, the cost is 270 Euro (2 share ferry cabin) or 210 Euro (4 share ferry cabin).
This includes visa, accommodation in St.Petersberg, weapon and ammunition.

Let me know if you're interested, this has the potential of being the event of the year.

Oh go on then!

I'll probably fly straight to St Pete's though Neil - I don't do ferries! Is Bair going to be at Detling?
