Wall posters

Post by Heinz O. Kaufmann »

As I have almost finished my hobby rooms decoration, I still need something to my wall. My friend has an beatifull poster of Heinkel He 111 on his wall, and I want something similar. I have allways been a fan of Junkers Ju 87 stukas, but I can't find any posters that are made from picture (preferably not painted, but will do if it's made good) or would be the right size (maybe 50cm x 50cm).

I have found some pieces of art that cost more than 300£, and I dont have aford to that kind of thing. I will frame it, so frames aren't needed.

So, does anyone know any good online shop or seller that has these for sale? Or does anybody have an extra one lying around useless?

Have fun looking through here;

I am sure you will find something, I did. Look particularly in vintage art.

Well, if you want to go a really cheap, try this http://www.blockposters.com/. You just need to get your hands on a really good high resolution printer. If you don't have one, you can prolly print it out at some local copy/office/stationary store. I've made a few posters from that web site, and they have come out pretty decent (see examples below). The best part is that you can transform any image into a poster, in almost any size.

Der Angriff, and Ms. Lucy Parsons (mug shot).

Perhaps eBay may have something - that's where I've gotten many of my items from for very low cost. :)
