"Hues Corperation". a Disco classic :D

Boat is totally original and dated 1940.
A rare beast methinks?

Its owned by one of the members, (Matt Das Reich on here) who has had it five years.
The weekend was the first time he had been on the water with it!
I'm now raring to go again, but which other shows have water? None.............

Not on the showground...... River yeah - Be careful - deep water, strong currents and people wearing heavy equipment - We have had one tragedy involving this exact activity at Beltring - And the guy who lost his life - His brother uses this forum regularly - I'm sure - painful though it still is - he will add to my cautionary post - What is fun one minute, but for the grace of God can turn into a horrible situation.

I would say stick to shallow water under controlled circumstances

True PD, was thinking out loud so to speak.
That was my 1st Beltring when that tragedy happened.

Well, thats the season over for us. Some highs, some lows.
Lot of new members this year. Some fitted in perfectly.

Show season got off to a cracking start at RGM and ended with a superb display at Levisham.
Balance and karma :D

Winter re-tooling, repairing, manufacturing and training.

Big thanks to all that supported us this year, especially through a difficult Belters (No Gregg. Not your fault son  )

Fair play glad you had a good season, as for me, moving house, spliting up with my ex and
more recently my Dad passing away i only managed one event this year, but because i
haven't "officially" been in a group for a while (because no one will have me lol) i have started
up on my own recently so hopefully i will get the field-grey out of moth balls next year

Those of you who know the Das Reich lads may recognise the three chaps in the middle.
Photo taken this year at Dover Castle during a Pirate weekend. Cheers, Bill.
