Unfortunately original folding shovels are getting expensive.
What do you consider reasonably priced? £90?

There was one on here but it went, £45 too . I've been wadding through E bay and am hopping for a result. Price seems to vary considerably from £50 ish to £200ish and with very little apparent reasonR

Might be better getting a repro as it might work out cheaper :?:

Good luck, Peiper :)

you can pick up klappspaten's on there own for around the £50 mark on WAF forum and other places.

Its the carrier which adds to the price.

Pic a czech one up , repro cover with original tool is very cost effective.

RAU had a load ( its where i got mine from)

Would a Swiss or NVA one be acceptable? I know the handle fixes to the blade in a different way but......

Mr Underwood has some and I guess Stig was right, the average going rate is about the £90 Mark although I have seen and like all good fishermen, lost cheaper. Richard has some at varying prices and rather than go the repro route I bit the bullet. Thanks for your input. Next stop Mereworth . Kurt
