I know I put this in another post and there was some dispute over the size of the pattern but is'nt this (the new GMAX splinter B) relatively the same pattern as the new zeugmeisterei smocks?

As this new fabric is supposed to be splinter B then it should be similar to the zeugmeisterei splinter b fabric. however - the zeugmeisterei pattern is the correct size and thus repeats only twice on the length of a knochensack.

Do a search in ebay shops for Ant-Z, and you should get there!

Ant-z is awesome, but he doesn't make many LW/FJ specefic items, apart from a wide range of LW officers items and some tropical items.

He is currently developing LW blue wool, and will begin make regular LW after when this is finished.

If anyone are interrested in his items; This european based retailer stock his items (including those many items that never make it to his ebay account): http://www.world-at-war.dk

I handled one of Chens tunics the other day and I must say I am impressed! The wool quality was better than Sturm IMO. If there is the custom fit option, he will be a winner- just as long as it is sustainable- unlike Keith!!!

He also has a website http://www.reenactment-box.com A long-time reenactor friend of mine rates him quite highly, and you certainly can't complain at the prices!

judging by the way the top pocket flaps go under the shoulder seam and as its only £50, I'd say it probably is a Sturm smock.

For a minute there I thought SOF had made a major break through in the smock market, yeah right
