Just a quick question, Whats the going rate for one of the Czech Reproduction FJ Helmets, the type that were made to fool collectors.

Here in the U.S. they go for over $1000. with the shells selling alone for $500 and straps for $250!

last one i saw went for £500 , one before that was £450 and i know of one that went for £400 which a friend bought

Well, it is a good FJ helmet in my opinion, and i can see why people do seek them out, ive had this one for quite a few years, even before the main explosion of FJ helmets came onto the scene, but thankyou for the info though, so most probably going to sell it, and let someone else enjoy it.

Make sure to sell it on eBay US, Americans pay so much for helmets, I don't know why

Now that is the maddest thing Ive heard in a long time!! My restored original was loads cheaper!

The whole FJ helmet thing has got out of hand! Yes pay the money and stick it on a model in your gaf! But for thrashing up! ??
