I was also looking for a woool sweater, with the round neck gave up with the usual repro stuff but I found this, the charcoal version of this jumper may be ok, there looks like there is a logo on the left sleeve, take that off do you think it would be OK say as a private purchase by the soldier??

I believe it's a swizz pullover. It's made of wool and I really like it. Der Erste zug one is great also, very warm and comfortable to wear. The size is bit larger than descriped, I ordered a size M sweater while I am size L and it still was quite big for me.

You used to be able to buy these from retail outlets at one time, i even remember Matalan doing one
which was about 5-6yr ago but seen none anywhere since apart from specialist vendors ??
