Servus Fritz. You confirmed my suspicions... that 'stiffeners on the sides' look little bit out of ordinary to me. bdw. on leather part of slap rucksack has the year mark 194* -the last number is not recognized. I bought it very cheaply and it will be good for late war years reenacting. Thanks for h...
