apart from being 3mm extra caliber would a bofors be a suitable substitute if you couldn't find a 3.7.

not being daft here - but the only place you can guaranteee everyone to be there is an public event. if you want a beer keller then then get some benches set up in a beer tent (or bring your won beer tent) (that'll go down well with the organisers )
