What program is the best to make an pdf book or to make dokuments in pdf format and you can make the dokuments beter.

A good tip is also look at the model making like Verlinden, Tamya ..... they have certain sets to make roadsigns.

For the Flemisch i know that it was sometimes a personal choice wich colar tabs they used.
For the Flemisch nationalist it would be the Langemarck trifos but for those who wanted that Flanders be a part of 'the motherland' Germany they used the ss rune.

Don't forget that the Walloons started as a the 373 (wallonische) infanterie Battalion -> Wehrmacht and only at june 1943 they became Waffen SS. I don't think that the Burgundy cross was officialy given to the Walloons to wear it on there colars but they used it with the company flags.

i just bought the blanko award dokuments they range from 6 till 14 euro/ dokument

and i did sent them a while ago to panzergrenadiernet so they could make it a downloadable dokument but i don't see that they did something with it or i didn't got any message
