Armoured Cars

Does anyone know how much German armoured cars will set you back. I estermated between 20-30k but i'm unsure, not that i have that kind of money anyway, just wondering.

your correct. i based what i wrote on the British army, but i the stuff about field weapons and vehicle i know are German. it's basicly a rough estermate really. Most fighting units were destoryed or took heavy casualties anyway.

squads are 10 men (sometimes known as sections) lead by a corporal platoons are 30 men lead by a junior leftenant companies are 120 men and sometimes a field gun and halftrack and likly to have a motorbike and or kubel attached to them lead by a captain battalions are 1500 men with a one or two fiel...

i did hear of one for sale in Yorkshire. It's only a fibreglass one though, made for A Bridge too Far. I think he wanted 6k for it. Only problem is it's right hand drive and needs converting to left hand drive. I don't know how easy that is?

Yes, a friend bought some FJ stuff of him. It's almost exact. We put the splinter pattern smock next to an original and they look the same. Also his uniforms have artifical wearing marks so you won't look like a newbe when you get one.

Great place to get uniforms, http://www.ww2militaria-kcs.com. Cheap uniforms in different styles, such as infantry tunics m36,m40 and m44 pluspanzer and SP rapes. jackboots, ski caps and helmets all at low prices plus some field gear. well worth a look. :roll:
