Re: Photo's and/or film of the Copehill Down event 2010
I've took some video of Copehill, most of which has come out well and does heavily feature you crazy dutch boys. I'm going to combine it with some footage of the upcoming Dukes battle at Spanby in two weeks and then we'll merge the footage of the two shows together. So footage of this won't surface ...

Re: Field Division MG42 use?
Not sure Tom. The bloke is definately wearing a Luftwaffe belt buckle and a Luftwaffe breast eagle on his smock. The guy behind him is in SS camo. If this man matches the background behind him then he isn't Field Division, as that looks like the Ardennes/Bulge offensive and all three Field Divisions...

Re: Field Division MG42 use?
Here's the link to the original thread on the pozzi forum. Strange how it doesn't show up Tom, as it shows up on my computer. The picture should show up on this thread if anyone can't view it. I'm pretty sure the guy is an FJ not an FD. http://www.wwiireenacting.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=...

Field Division MG42 use?
I'm been researching the Luftwaffe Field Divisions for a couple of years now. Through all the photos of the division I've seen, there are very few of FD soldiers with Mg42s. Most Mgs are Mg34s and one photo included an Mg15 on a ground mount. I asked a simliar question on the pozzi forum a few weeks...

Re: Copehill Down on Sailsbury plain!
Nick Halling was one and his site is http://www.nickhalling.co.uk
I know Nick has a backlog of photos taken from all the summer shows, so might take him a couple of weeks to get the copehill ones up though.

Re: Huertgen Forest Private Battle
Got back from the working day today and we've dug an extra 3 positions. Here's some photographes of how the positions are taking shape. Apologies for the poor quality of some, they look 10 times better in real life. http://i809.photobucket.com/albums/zz16/GDRecon/002-8.jpg http://i809.photobucket.co...

Re: Huertgen Forest Private Battle
There is a small stream, which is currently dried up due to the recent hot weather but probably won't be come October and a pond. There is plenty of great photo oppertunities on this site.Hoffman Grink wrote: If it has any ravines or streams etc. then it will be mega.

Re: De-acts and original militaria for sale
I'm not currently on the Wehrmacht Awards Forum (I hope that's what you meant by waf and not Women's Auxillery Force ) but as these items aren't mine I'll tell the seller to create an account on there so he can sell them.
