What would be some other foods to serve? I have read about lingonberry porridge, oat meal and pea soup along with meat from bear and reindeer. Are these accurate?

When making pea soup would the Finnish soldiers have used pork? Our recipe here in the states has pork.

Thank, I saw some on ebay but I can't figure out which is wartime. Also I am ordering a pullover from a Finnish shop but the dont have a size conversion what is the number for US large whne it comes to Finnish pullovers?

Finnish Tunic Buttons

Did the Finns use plastic buttons in the Winter War or just tin and brass? I am looking for some so I can cast reproductions to replace the hikishop ones, so the tunic looks better.
