4x81 German Mauser Scope and complete Claw mounts!

Hi guys, I have a German WW2 period Mauser scope, this was picked up some time ago. There are no markings on the scope, this I believe to be because it might of been re-finished at some point in it's life, I also had to do some refurb work to it and didn't uncover any markings. However from the cond...

Replacement metal fasteners (MP40 pouches, etc.)

Hi guys, Just wondering if you know where to get replacement metal fasteners for the MP40 pouches etc... Or what they are called, in fabric/leather work cycles? This is for a project I have on the go not to actually replace any of my pouch fastenings, but that was the easiest way for me to explain i...

In one of my books Waffen-SS (Europa miliitaria no6) it goes on about the 43 drill uniform and then the later 44 herringbone twill so understood where he was coming from.

Just don't like someone saying my jacket is wrong!

I see, thanks for that mate. I am right in thinking the peadot from Richard and Anthony is correct though, cut and fabric wise? He went on about mine being wrong, but I couldn't seem to get it through that mine was a 44. Nevermind, I got somewhere to sell my collection of unexploded bombs! Cheers, O...

Hi, To cut a long story short, I was talking to a chap that runs a military surplus shop as a friend of mine was selling some kit to him! M40 Helmet

Hi,
I am after a M40, either the shell or whole helmet liner, etc. only thing I ask is that the shell is in very good condition, shell size must be 64 for a 57 liner.

Good price paid for a good helmet!

Cheers guys, Ollie
