Panzer Crewman Equipment Mid War

Sorry if this has been posted before in some form (I did search the forum first) but I am currently looking into putting together a Wehrmacht Panzer Crewman impression for a future project and was wondering what kit I would need that was specific to Panzer crews. Obviously the ubiquitous overalls, u...

Re: Red Orchestra 2

One of the most realistic games I've played. In regard to the bugs, I like to think that some of the most buggy games are sometimes the best. Its good to see a game evolve and improve slowly compared to games like COD which are rushed off the shelves with no thought to accuracy or realism in order t...

Re: Michael Gaißmair winter training

So there are no more places available?

Or do you still need to organise everything?

I remember that one of the guys from Der Windhund spoke to someone about this event for me at War and Peace, and the reply was that it was okay for me to go.

Wehrmacht Snipers

I have a couple of questions. I recently watched this video on Youtube and it has led me to want to find out more about German snipers and their tactics. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJE-ls-7 ... re=related (with music) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJE-ls-7 ... re=related (original with US Army ...

Re: WW2's affect on Russia

Thanks for the replies guys, I'll check out those books. Can I suggest a different tack? Prior to WW2 the soviet union (better realise the difference between Russia and the soviet union in your research) was a shunned state with a poor economy. The people were getting increasingly unhappy with the s...

WW2's affect on Russia

I am currently writing my A2 History coursework, it is about the effect that WW2 had on the Russian people. The question is basically how x affect y so I have to analyse historical evidence etc. Annoyingly being a Wehrmacht reenactor I have almost no information on the Soviet point of view. I was wo...
