Cover it in mud from the garden, a nice sloppy mix works well. let it dry for a couple of days then brush it off by hand. Another way is to rub patches of brown and black shoe polish into id. Not a thick coat, keep it random but do all the helmet. The best way is to wear it. It's a newly painted he...

I'll think that's another discussion point.
If there is still alot off original paint with decal you won't destroy it..(depending on state)...
But if the paint isn't original you can change it anythime you like.

Hallo, I don't understand your colours and texture. Your winter helmet has on one side white colour with a few spots,other side woodchips with feldgrau? For winter cammo use schlemmkreide.If you prefer an fabrikmade helmet use ral6006 (stumpfmatt) with texture aluminiumoxide.You can cover your helme...
