The regs are they should be approximately 3mm below the vent hole. Mike Wich regs.....source? i have seen many original helmets with decal very low and high, not even straight under the vent-hole. The decals look to be too low. The regs are they should be approximately
3mm below the vent hole. Only the Luft Eagles are placed lower.

Funny that you asked.... I got the second production sample in today! Bad news is that the sample is still not up to my standards for the following reasons. -height too high -front brim is not correct -the side taper is still too far forward from the side bolt holes. So there's still work to done. P...

Graeme, Thanks for the compliments....Indeed you are correct that the 71's are very close. I just received a sample and they are dead on except that the channel groove in the rim needs to be added and the bolt holes need to be modified slightly. These are easy fixes that should not hold up the produ...

The button holes are the wrong type.
They should be the keyhole with bar tack type.

I have liners for the 68cm shell (56,57,58) and 71cm shell (59,60,61). They are better than the CZ produced examples.
