Anyhow, looking forward to meet you at some event and discuss Volunteers in General, and of course have a look at your Unifrom! Just love the whole deal with Volunteers and their Unifroms! :twisted: I am sure we will have the pleasure of meeting some day. Is there more than one "Nordland"...

I might add that a number of britts serverd under the Swedish volunteer Hans-Gösta Pehrsson command for while in 3./Pz.Aufkl.Abt. 11 'Nordland'. (This is also the place were most of the Swedes serverd toghter.)

For how long I do not recall.

If you have his name, you could do a Check in Berlin. Due to the fact they have many documnets left, I have a friend who has been getting alot of copys from Berlin. Try that, and also try in Estiona, with the goverment and see if they have any documents left. It can be done!

Didnt know Sten guns had the mags down, like that. Maybe thats converted! Though the Mp-3008 Was Based of a Stean gun but wasnt actually a sten gun ? It was called "Peoples Sub Machine gun" during the last days of Berlin I have heard. Basically made it because its cheaper than the MP40. Or?

That is not a Sten gun, that is a MP-3008 I believe This photo was taking Either late 1944 or sometime 1945.
