Re: Fallschirmjager M38 Helmet

I got one of the 56-57 size M38's from epic. I have a small noggin' (size 55) and it fits me! So beware when buying, if possible try it on first to make sure it fits your head. The box it was posted in had "made in india". The one i got sits too high (usual for repro M38's) and the shell is VERY big...

This is one place to start. I've not seen one physically but not bad for the price: http://www.epicmilitaria.com/german-m38 ... elmet.html

SS Panzer Pioneer Battalion 9

Hi all,

I tripped over this on the internet the other day: http://www.defendingarnhem.com/ss-pz-pi-9.html
I was quite intrigued with what i read.

Can anybody point me in the direction of quality printed material of SS Panzer Pioneer Battalion 9 for research purposes?

Thanks in advance,

Gary

Re: NYMR war weekend 12th-14th October 2014 levisham station

A fantastic weekend! Hats off to Neil and Das Reich for (in my opinion) the best UK German reenactment event, congrats to all the others who join in and work together... it's a real joy :)

Looking forward to next year.
