Identification of badges

Can anyone identify any of this this badges? They were worn by LW soldier. Especially this one with dart is often seen on LW uniforms.
Left:
Hitlerjugend- Leistungsabzeichen
Right:
Segelflieger- Abzeichen, Leistungsstufe B
