Sorry, but I have a different view point.

I have only ever made one order with Zib, when it arrived it was all completely wrong, the stuff I had been sent was an order for a chap in Berlin (I assume the chap in Berlin had my stuff).

I tried to contact Zib, took about x4 goes before I got anyone, then they asked me to send the order I received to Berlin for them and would not pick up any postage costs!!!

I never got my order and will never order from them again.

We had some problems too, took ages for them to send the stuff and it still had some items missing. We got the money back though.
