Finnish E-Tool - recent find

Bought this one today (1916 marked) for about 35$ with the leather hanger (also SA stamped but hard to show on the picture)

It seems that russians made a mistake while copying the suomi mag for ppsh - there is no chahce to hang mine on the original finnish hook ; (

Have you got any original photo with this one used?

I have that same E-Tool got it for 15€ they are Russian. I have seen them being used but in small numbers as its not nice to wear they often put them on there backpacks.

Below are pics of my entrenching tool i use for German reenactment
which i believe to be Finnish.? :?
I bought it from E-Bay early last year with the description it was German,
but on closer inspection especially the stamp/markings i found it was not. :(
As i say i think it is Finnish or Swedish and the maker marks say:
A. BARISWYL
40
UEBERSTORF
Any thoughts/comments would be appreciated :wink:

presumie its swiss... look closely - should have small Swiss cross somewhere on the leather...

Yeah, Swiss, Ueberstorf is in Switzerland. Fribourg canton, thanks to Wiki.

They come from Winter war stock Jokkes has a nice sharpend edge ,
