A suggestion, why not signup with the forum for Irish Axis Reenactors as well. You will find them here

Oh, incidentally Tony, is the Cavan show still on - seems to be some doubt, according to recent posts on Living History forum.

Thats ok, found the reason here in this thread. Victim of the recession.

Looks like the Springhill show will be the standardbearer in the Border region this year. Are your group going? Better hurry and contact the organisers, promises to be a cracker. Otherwise as an Axis reenactor you face a bleak Spring. :)

tac aide mate. I have no clue who you are. I guess you are Irish.

It is one thing to big up a forum you enjoy, it's another thing to repeatedly spam an introduction thread with your forum.

Now, don't mistake leniency for weakness, ok?

stop spamming someone's introduction thread. If it isn't ok, get the hell out.

Yes I am Irish and if you had bothered to check I pointed an Irish reenactor to two Irish sites from which he will probably be more likely to get the information and support he is obviously looking for, hardly qualifies as 'spam'.

Apart from the 'welcome wagon' I don't see anyone else rushing forward with information.
