Operation Barbarossa, Nikolskoe June 2008
Operation Barbarossa, Nikolskoe June 2008
Because the latest event in Russia was such an overwhelming success, the management have decided to schedule an extra event for 2008, to coincide with the June 22nd reenactment of the invasion of Russia.
Details and price will be much as before, accomodation will be in a tourist hostel in central St.Petersburg, a little more spartan than the hotel we were in but still handy for the shops. Travelling will be a little easier as we don't have to take winter clothing, and I'm assured that we'll be back at the airport in good time THIS time .
A full schedule will be posted within the next week. Anyone interested should go through me (drop me a PM) and NOT through Neil (Reich Crispies).
Don't miss this chance to take part in a big Eastern Front public battle, which I can guarantee will be unlike anything you've ever done before!
MADE THIS A STICKY TILL JUNE Franz

Re: Operation Barbarossa, Nikolskoe June 2008
I am very happy to highly recommend these events.
They are well run large scale public battles and shows on an ORIGINAL Eastern Front battle site.
The public have a fantastic attitude towards re-enactors and attend in droves, are very friendly and appreciate our efforts.
Bair Travels are well organised and provide a full service sympathetic to our re-enacment needs.
So regardless if the Eastern Front is your main interest or not, these events provide a fantastic opportunity for the re-enactment community.
Go.
You wont be disappointed.
