very very good event
good set up and battle
even though there was no weapons hire but so much fire power!
cant wait for next years

Hi All, I found that "You Tube" vid to be most infomative!,Thanks PD for putting it up on the forum, I think its great that there are places for WW2 hysterical reenactments to occur.
The guy with the MP40 reloading looks like he is in dificulties though, do they have St John Ambulance nearby in case of injury or accidents like having you ears blown off from the guy RIGHT behind you firing away over your head?. Cheers Pete :lol:

I am quite intrigued as to why the Brit para bothers to drag a "Dead" kraut off the platform then proceeds to kill him again?.Watching too much Where Eagles Dare? or maybe did not buy his round the night before?. Pete :roll:

East lanc's you got to laff ,the local tv were ther this year and the guy from the railway said"we are one of the biggest 1940's events in the county"to be fair to the lads that platform as to be the worst ever place to have a battle.ps was the git with the yellow star there this year?

yup thats the fellow .

Mod: Play nicely - He's entitled to his dress up just like we are entitled to ours...... He works for the railway too..... And he is Jewish after all.... Did you know?
