Simply ring a few of the sec 5's who attend events and provide weapon hire , they will give you an exact cost. :D

Yep just done that but also wanted to ask someone who might have done it from here who also paid an EXACT figure. Is that a problem? Just like you asking H for advice in how to build tanks.

yes it is a problem, for starters there must be 2 section 5 people in attendance, second is they are running a business and its unlikely they will hire out any section 5 under £2 grand. this is due to their high working costs like insurance wages, ammunition (all comes through Henry Crank). So for one mg42 will be the same approx. cost for say 20 rifle/s mp's and mg's. etc. I know, cos I've tried to get section 5 armourer for a couple of small shows and they said not profitable. The police don't give out section 5 licences to anyone as well. Only if you win the Nat Lottery with enough cash to store these weapons along with a very secure lockup plus insurance then you may get a license providing you can also show that you have all-round continuous demand for sec 5 hire.
