WWII airsoft battle of the bulge December 7th-8th

The Americans, Russians and British are closing in. Berlin is buried in rubble, the German army is made up with mainly old men, kids and a few SS units. The Germans have dug in at a small village and crossroads. They have dug trenches and have built fortifications. Now they must survive the allied siege or die trying.
Where- 22615 Co Rd 75, Big Lake, Minnesota
When- December 7th and 8th
December 7th
10:00 arrival and chrono
11:00 arrival and chrono ends- camp setup starts
12:00 setup ends- Russians defend camp and outpost
2:00 Russians defending ends- Russians search and destroy German artillery starts
3:30 search and destroy ends- Germans defend camp and outpost
5:30 Germans defending ends- dinner
7:30 dinner ends- night attacks begin
11:00
December 8th
7:00 those who want to participate in a prisoner snatch may do so and those who don't want to can start breakfast.
8:00 prisoner snatch ends- resume breakfast
9:00 breakfast ends- Germans go on patrol and get ambushed by allies starts
12:00 ambushes end- lunch starts
12:30 lunch ends- Germans defend starts
2:00 game over- departure
All uniform nationalities are welcome.
The following modern weapons do not have to be wrapped in burlap, anything not posted on here does.

Bolt action rifles
Revolvers
Of course any WWII weapons are allowed.
We will have loner uniforms.
Every person participating will have to be in uniform, NO EXCEPTIONS.

The red line is Death Valley, the allied camp will be there, the red dot is bunker hill and the allied outpost will be there.
The grey circle is the village, the German camp will be there. The grey dot is the big pines bunker, the German outpost will be there.
Staying over in the barn Friday night is allowed for people traveling to get here.
During the battle, the Germans will stay in the barn/house and the Russians will bring tents or build a shelter.
Modern tents are allowed but will have to have burlap over them.
Those willing to bring loner tents please do so.

Event postponed due to extreme weather conditions. I will update when I have more info.
