All metal airsoft MG42 coming soon.

Post by dog green 1 »

Finally after years of "will it won't it" seems like the long awaited MG42 is about to be released. Latest list from my supplier shows it ready for next month. Would expect it to retail around £350-400 which isnt bad considering 53's seem to be climbing in price. Plus you can have great fun shooting things in the garden.

Who's the maker and who will be retailing them, 350 to 400 actually seems cheap compared to other airsoft MG42s out there. Is it spring loaded then?

Plus all the parts should move properly...but can you insert a belt? Just for display, or would it look off?

I would assue you will be able to fit a belt. Should be ideal for a display and you have the added bonus of it having the AA sight mount, something the later deac MG53 models dont have. Plus when the public have gone home you can spray the Allies on the opposite display.

It looks as if you can insert a belt for display purposes by looking at it as the breech,
looks as if it can be opened as it appears to be hinged??...but agreed the BB pellets
would be fed into the drum obviously, saying that it looks the biz, also i imagine this can
be cocked like most airsoft guns which is a bonus, unlike most of the deacts out there
which are sadly welded shut, im sure there will be quite a few takers :D

Battery fed full auto. Not sure what the capacity is for the drum mag.
