i've heard from my friends in charge of show - they did not allow take part to people who were still on piss .Pummelchen wrote:Could you please explain, why groups from Germany were treated as being unwanted,
although they registered accordingly with you and were invited? I find it highly disappointing
for fellow reenactors to travel nearly 1000 kilometers only to be given the cold shoulder.
Kind regards,
Beate
AS SIMPLE AS THAT.
i was there as RKKA this year , still i've met there some German or Austrian bloke in SS uniform pretty wasted and shouting something often .both friday and saturday .so i don't wonder someone like that was refused .
also by end of "seelow" show , some foreign reenactors refused to follow battle scenario ..... what as result looked funny or rather weird , SS officer shooting pistol at tank etc.

Ok, that explains..
Will there be a ban for any German group for the future to attend your events?
Horrido,

i've seen just one guy like that , rest are my friends' rumours.
that is what guys in charge must decide, i was just one average RKKA trooper who took part there.
EDIT - my friends from KVH Carpathia and KVH Slovensko are in charge of WW2 Reenactment shows. entire event Sahara is run by group called Sahara.
